SMALL GROUP TRAINING (CLASS)
"Our small group training offers a unique and superior workout system compared to your own gym session or alternative group classes on the market. It's similar to our private personal training but in small groups of twelve (12) or fewer clients. Experience smart, supervised training that targets different muscle groups each day, allowing ample recovery time and mitigating risk to injury. In just 50 minutes, you'll complete 40 sets of exercise, making your workout highly effective, low-risk, efficient and results-focused, just like a private personal training session."

UPPER BODY
Upper body classes are made up of 10 exercises, 40 total sets focusing on your arms, back, shoulders and chest.
These are 50 minute classes capped at 12 bookings, fully supervised with technique demonstration and form guidance.
CORE
Core classes are made up of 10 exercises, 40 total sets focusing on your Abs, lower back, obliques.These are 50 minute classes capped at 12 bookings, fully supervised with technique demonstration and form guidance.
LEGS & GLUTES
Legs & Glutes classes are made up of 10 exercises, 40 total sets focusing on your thighs, glutes & calves.These are 50 minute classes capped at 12 bookings, fully supervised with technique demonstration and form guidance.
