Our newly renovated studio is home to some of Sydney's most accomplished and experienced trainers. We offer a unique personal training format that saves you a fortune in PT fees! Each session includes a full hour of private training with your preferred trainer—featuring 30 minutes of exclusive one-on-one coaching followed by 30 minutes of supervised training. You get a full hour of results driven training while only paying for a half-hour session. Simple, effective, and affordable!
SENIOR PERSONAL TRAINERS
Coach Ali is a former Mr. Australasia, who brings 29 years of professional experience in strength, conditioning, and body transformation. Specialising in clients over 40, he’s renowned for his mentorship and coaching. As a gym owner and educator, Ali has mentored well over 100 personal trainers and has developed CECs programs for Fitness Australia. A pioneer in digital fitness, Ali has produced over 2,000 workout videos. His YouTube channel is one of Australia’s top fitness resources. With degrees in Business Administration and Nutritional Medicine, Ali designs evidence-based programs to help individuals build strong, functional and beautiful physiques.
Coach Cristina is our senior female trainer and 2IC at Rosebery PT offering over 20 years industry experience as a certified personal trainer. Cristina is an aesthetics specialist, who mentors bikini, figure and bodybuilding competitors as well as weight loss and body transformation clients. Cristina focuses on delivering results and building confidence in her clients. Cristina is a world champion competitor with INBA and ICN. She is the events director of WBBA. Cristina coaches posing and pre-competition clients too.
Cristina is available at Rosebery Personal Training on weekdays, during morning and lunch times.

Nomi – Personal TrainerNomi is a certified personal trainer and IFBB bikini competitor, specialising in body transformations. Over the past five years, she’s helped numerous clients achieve strong, lasting results through tailored training and support.Her own fitness journey is a testament to the knowledge and dedication she brings to every session. Now part of the Rosebery Personal Training team, Nomi is committed to helping others build confidence, strength, and sustainable habits.
Misha – Junior Personal TrainerMisha is our junior trainer and WBBA junior competitor. She runs group classes, with a focus on younger clients.As Coach Ali’s daughter, Misha has been immersed in fitness and the art of aesthetics since the age of three. With over 13 years of experience in strength and conditioning, she brings both energy and insight to her training sessions. Misha has worked both in the gym and on-camera from a young age and is passionate about helping others build healthy, active lifestyles.She is currently completing her C3 and C4 in Fitness, with plans to pursue a degree in Physiotherapy.
Alexandra – Personal TrainerWith over 17 years of experience and a degree in Physical Education and Sports Science, Alexandra brings both knowledge and passion to every session.A former professional dancer and champion bodybuilder, Alex offers a well-rounded approach to fitness. She specialises in strength training, weight loss, and full competition prep for bikini, fitness, and wellness athletes.Whether you're training for the stage or simply looking to feel your best, Alex will help you build strength, confidence, and lasting results.
