If you’ve ever felt unsure about where to start, worried about doing it wrong, or simply wanted someone in your corner - this is the place for you. Our newly renovated studio is designed to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident from day one. You’ll train in a private, welcoming environment with some of Sydney’s most experienced and encouraging coaches.
Each session gives you a full hour of guided training:
30 minutes of dedicated one-on-one coaching with your preferred trainer, followed by 30 minutes of supervised training to reinforce your technique and build your confidence as you progress.

ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Experience the best value personal training in Sydney. Each 1:1 session gives you a full hour of focused, private training - 30 minutes of exclusive one-on-one coaching followed by 30 minutes of supervised training. You’ll train for a full hour, but only pay for a half-hour session. Smarter, structured, and results-driven.

TWO-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Our 2:1 personal training sessions give you and your training partner a full hour of private coaching - 30 minutes of focused two-on-one training followed by 30 minutes of supervised training. Enjoy the motivation of a buddy session with the same expert attention and structure that deliver real results.

Coach Ali is a former Mr. Australasia and body transformation specialist who brings 30 years of professional experience in strength and conditioning particularly for clients over 40. As a gym owner, certified master trainer and educator, Ali has mentored 100+ personal trainers and has developed courses for Fitness Australia. A pioneer in digital fitness, Ali has produced 2,000+ workout videos. His YT channel is one of Australia’s top resources. Ali designs evidence-based programs to help individuals build strong, functional and beautiful physiques.

PERSONAL TRAINER
With a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and solid coaching experience, Austin brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to every client. His background in bodybuilding preparation has earned him a reputation for discipline and for applying knowledge to achieve real physical transformations. His training style translates seamlessly into effective strength-building and fat-loss programs for both men and women. Austin also connects naturally with younger clients looking to build confidence and an aesthetic physique.

PERSONAL TRAINER
With nearly a decade of experience, Nomi brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the fitness industry. As captain of the Australian Mongolian Bodybuilding Team and the 2025 WBBA Australian Coach of the Year, she is recognised for her leadership, discipline, and results-driven coaching style. Nomi specialises in body shaping for both men and women, guiding clients through weight loss, lifestyle transformation, and full contest prep. She supports first-timers and seasoned athletes alike, ensuring they feel confident, capable and stage-ready.

PERSONAL TRAINER
With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Tamara specialises in helping women build genuine strength, improve their body composition, and feel confident in their bodies. Tamara’s coaching approach combines evidence-based training with a deep understanding of how the body functions as a whole. Tamara holds qualifications in nutrition and a Health Science degree in Chinese Medicine, which allows her to coach beyond sets and reps. Tamara focuses on recovery, hormonal balance and lifestyle foundations that drive long-term results.
