Small Group Training

"Our small group training offers a unique and superior workout system compared to unsupervised gym sessions and alternative group classes. It's similar to our private personal training but in small groups of twelve (12) or fewer clients. Experience smart, supervised training that targets different muscle groups each day, allowing ample recovery time and mitigating risk to injury. In just 50 minutes, you'll complete 40 sets of exercise, making your workout highly effective, low-risk, efficient, and results-focused, just like a private personal training session." Coach Ali
