Small Group Training
"Our small group training offers a unique and superior workout system compared to unsupervised gym sessions and alternative group classes. It's similar to our private personal training but in small groups of twelve or fewer participants. Experience smart, supervised training that targets different muscle groups each day, allowing ample recovery time. In just 45 minutes, you'll complete 36 sets of exercises, making your workout highly effective, low-risk, efficient, and results-focused, just like a private personal training session."

Rosebery Personal Training offers small group training classes on weekdays and Saturday mornings, capped at 12 clients per class.
Each day, we focus on different muscle groups to provide result-driven training with ample recovery time between workouts.
