REIGNITE SERIES 2023

Reignite series is the sequel to our iconic Ignite series from 2022. During this series we start with resistance training aimed at creating muscle tone and shape. Then we calculate our fat burning heart rate and work out to mild cardio intervals keeping our heart rate moderately low to help get rid of body fat according to science and sensible exercise design. We are using marginally lighter weights than Gains and other muscle building focused workouts but the accumulation of set and reps will take their toll and they will help you get summer ready. RIPPED SERIES 2023

Ripped series is an interval training workout series using our members' favourite equipment dumbbells along with your body weight, perfect for those who want a shapely and shredded looking athletic physique. LIFT SERIES 2023

Lift series using your barbell at home (also compatible with a pair of dumbbells) is all about creating lean firm and balanced muscles whilst keeping your heart rate in your fat burning zone for the 40 mins duration of each workout. This series is an excellent progression from previous gains or ignite series and will teach you 90 of the most commonly used barbell exercises with form queue and motivational music as per our other series on Coach Ali workout channel. GAINS 2.0 SERIES 2023

Gains 2.0 is the second series in gains hypertrophy workout with dumbbells collection. This is a very efficient muscle buidling series by combining isotonic repetitions with complimenting isometric sets. Gains series is suitable for all levels of fitness and does not involve jumping or joint impact exercises at all so it is a fantastic way to build strength and muscles without compromise or undue risk to injury. Ignite series is Coach Ali's favourite workout series to date. It combines a strength training component using a pair of dumbbells (and a flat bench if you have one) with a conditioning component to help you get lean and shredded. Ignite is an ideal pre-summer or pre-holidays workout series for those wanting to look their best for events coming up. Ignite series is eight weeks of workouts delivered in 3 days per week split. BEGINNER's SERIES 2022

Beginner's dumbbell workout guide is Coach Ali's workout tutorial system for learning and developing your technical knowledge around training with dumbbells. Full Body Flows 2022

Full body flows playlist is a series of workouts mostly no-repeat, full body activating flows with various supersets, isometric sets and hybrid movements. It is ideal for people who get bored with conventional techniques and want to mix it up a bit. Most lessons offer a shorter beginner’s version and a longer more complex advanced version. These workouts are great between series or if you have a couple of days off and you are looking to exercise without splitting body parts. They are great "recovery sessions" and can be used any time. Six Back Abs Series 2021

The six pack Abs series is a no equipment core focused short workouts series of only 10 workouts. They are ideal "finishers" at the back of your strength training workouts or pre-cardio workouts. Coach Ali delivers a variety of exercises working on your upper Abs, lower Abs, Intercostals, Obliques and upper Glutes. They can be used to firm and tighten the appearance of your Abs as well as strengthening your core for a more functional and pain free body. No Equipment Series 2021

The 60 days no equipment workout series is in fact 45 workouts as we assume a rest day every week. Please do not be disappointed that there are actually 45 workouts and not 60. Nonetheless Coach Ali covers over 100 different body weight and callisthenic exercises. This workout series is great because every workout offers 3 different segments. Segment one is strength training, segment two is core and segment three is cardio so you are training in the correct order for developing your shape and creating a lean body at home without equipment. Beginner's Series 2019

The beginner's home workout series requires a yoga band (stretch band), and it is a wonderful way of incorporating training into your lifestyle. BARBELL HIIT SERIES 2019

The barbell HIIT workout series requires just an adjustable barbell or a Pump bar (or a couple of fixed barbells at different weights) and it is a fast pace high intensity interval training workout system sure to keep you on your toes. With 30 seconds sets and only 10 seconds break between sets you will elevate your heart rate thus the high intensity element of HIIT in this workout series. Suspension Training 2018

Resistance Bands 2017

Our anchored resistance band series with Coach Ali and Sabena focus on strength and core training using resistance bands. Total Trainer 2015

This workout series was uploaded to YouTube in 2015 and it marks the first ever series produced by Coach Ali. It is using Total Trainer (compatible with Total Gym) and offers a wide variety of exercises that at the time was undiscovered by either brand of equipment. Coach Ali went on to increase the range of exercises claimed by this type of equipment from 50 exercises to well over 100 exercises. Many of these exercises are revealed through this series.
